Party hearing

In Austria, party hearing is the name given to the right of a party to the proceedings in the context of participation in the proceedings

to be informed of the previous result of the proceedings (e.g. the taking of evidence), if this has not yet been done (e.g. through personal presence),
to comment on
to find the opinion taken into account in the further procedure, in which the respective body (court, administrative authority) has to deal with the opinion.
