Pay as you go

Pay as you go or PAYG for short is a payment method for online services in which only what is actually used is paid for.

Payments are made for use when the costs arise, not before or after. This financing model is often offered as a tariff option for software services or software as a service and similar non-contractual services .

In the US, “Pay-As-You-Go” stands for the prepaid system.
