The Payam Khorasan Razavi Cultural and Sport Club , better known as Payam Mashhad ( Persian باشگاه فوتبال پيام خراسان), is an Iranian football club from Mashhad .
history
Payam Mashhad was founded in 1977. The association, whose name has changed frequently (Payam Gach Khorasan, Payam Iran Khodro Khorasan, Payam Moghavemat Khorasan, Payam Peykan Mashhad, Payam Post Mashhad, Payam Mokhaberat Khorasan and Payam Ertebatat Mashhad), has belonged to the state-owned Iranian postal and telecommunications company since it was founded Mokhaberat & Ertebatat .
In the past 2007/2008 season , the team was second in Season A in the Azadegan League . The club prevailed in two play-off games against Foolad Ahvaz , the first in the table of season B, and thus made it to the IPL .
The club has not yet won any national or international titles.
