A pedagogical agent is a mostly animated computer figure that can be integrated into software or on websites. Such an agent can take on various tasks such as giving help, guiding through the program, teaching, giving tips and advice, etc. Characteristics of educational agents can be: anthropomorphic appearance and human voice, movement, gestures, facial expressions, among other things, educational agents will have a positive effect attributed to motivation for example in learning.
