A Pembroketischchen is a small portable and foldable table .

Pembroket tables usually have semicircular side flaps that are supported by folding support brackets. There are one or two drawers under the table top . The table shape was developed around 1750 and became fashionable when it was picked up by the English furniture designer Thomas Sheraton in the early 19th century .
