Personal rights (Switzerland)

In the Swiss Civil Code , the right of personality is set out in Art. 28 in particular:

1 "Anyone who is unlawfully injured in their personality can appeal to the court to protect themselves against anyone who is involved in the violation."
2 "An infringement is unlawful if it is not justified by the consent of the injured party, by an overriding private or public interest or by law."

Articles 28 a –28 k regulate: Legal action (28 a , b ), precautionary measures (28 c , d , e , f ) and the right of reply (28 g , h , i , k ).
