Perspective
Perspektif , also known as 'Perspektive' in German, is a Turkish-language news and debate magazine that is published monthly in Europe. The magazine has a circulation of 12,500 and is published by: Islamic Community Millî Görüş (IGMG).
history
The magazine has been published since 1995, although some name changes have been made to this day. Perspektif is usually published monthly, sometimes an issue for two months (e.g. June / August and September / October 2014). Up to September 2012 the community news of the IGMG was partly published in it. With the founding of the association magazine Camia on October 5, 2012, internal reporting was shifted to it. Thus Perspektif gained more features of a Newsweek magazine.
Until December 2011 the magazine was published in both German and Turkish. Since January 2012 it has only been published in Turkish.

Under the heading “News”, the magazine deals primarily with topics that are relevant to Muslims. In the conference volume "Freedom, Islam and Extremism" by the Office for the Protection of the Constitution and the LKA Brandenburg (2007), Professor Werner Schiffauer describes the magazine Perspektif as a corrective "in which strong criticism of classical Islamism is expressed."
