Petit Pays

Petit Pays

Petit Pays (* 1966 , actually Adolphe Moundi Claude ) is a Cameroonian singer.

Petit Pays grew up without a father, which is particularly reflected in the lyrics of his first album. Petit Pays' lyrics are sometimes bizarre, and his ways of self-presentation, such as posing naked for an album cover and appearing in a white coffin at the beginning of a concert, may seem strange to some, but he is particularly popular in Africa for the fact that he writes music that makes people dance. His musical style consists of a mixture of the Cameroonian Makossa and the musical styles Soukous , Zouk and Salsa . Petit Pays sings mainly dual language songs.
