Arrow cross

The arrow cross , also referred to as a ray tip cross, triangle cross or three-pointed cross, is a common figure in heraldry .

It is formed by an isosceles cross (all cross arms the same length) and its arms end in an arrowhead. The arrowhead is modeled on the bow arrow. Another name is arrowhead cross .

It became known through the Hungarian fascists who used it as their symbol . They called themselves the cross shape because of the Arrow Cross .
