Nursing intervention

As a nursing intervention or care measure all nursing activities referred to are designed with the patient agreed and achieve defined care goals. These measures are part of the care process and care planning . They require an underlying nursing diagnosis and a subsequent evaluation . In the literature, the two terms are often used synonymously, but they are accentuated differently.
