Philippe Palmiste
Philippe Palmiste (born January 19, 1978 ) is a French cyclist from the overseas department of Guadeloupe .
Palmiste won a stage of the Tour de la Martinique in 2003 . In 2010 he again won a section of this stage race , which also meant his first victory in a race of the UCI America Tour , and finished ninth in the overall standings. A year later he was successful on the seventh leg of his home tour, the Tour de la Guadeloupe .
