The Phrae Provincial Administrative Organization Stadium ( Thai สนาม อบ จ. แพร่ ), or even Phrae Province Stadium ( Thai สนาม กีฬา จังหวัด แพร่ called), is a multi-purpose stadium in Phrae province Phrae , Thailand . It was mainly used for soccer games and was the home ground of third division Phrae United Football Club . The stadium has a capacity of 4500 people. The stadium is owned and operated by the Phrae Provincial Administrative Organization.
