Plastic Voice was a German music project consisting of Gerd Hilgemann and Marko Albrecht .
The two musicians first formed as Plastic Noise . They renamed themselves because the name was already in use by other artists. In 1997 they hit the single charts in Germany and Austria with the house title Los Ninos del Parque .
