Polycoria ( Greek πολυ poly 'much' and κόρη kóre 'pupil') is a disease of the eye in which there are several pupils in the iris . The clinical picture can be based on a congenital malformation, in some cases with several pupillary sphincters. Polycoria can also be traced back to injuries or atrophic diseases of the iris.
