Right of examination

Examination right is the designation for the law applicable to examinations . (In this context, an examination is understood to mean the determination of performance and knowledge of people, not for example book, balance sheet or material audits.) In particular, it concerns the rights and legal remedies of the examinee and the requirements for the examiner and the examination.
