Structure of price labels
Price labels are made up of several components to do their job properly. In principle, the materials used in production are divided into the carrier tape of the labels, the surface of the labels and the label adhesive used. Basically, price labels for hand labeling devices (see price labeler ) consist of a strip of individual labels attached to one another, which are attached to a carrier tape. The underside of price labels consists of special adhesive suitable for various purposes. The surface is determined by the type of paper used. As a rule, normal 90 g / m² paper is processed further, punched into different formats and provided with a glue bridge. After applying the desired adhesive, the label webs are brought together with the carrier tape and wound onto a PVC core.
