Process analysis

Process analysis refers to the systematic investigation ( analysis ) of processes and the breakdown into its individual parts in order to gain an understanding of the process and to identify weak points and potential for improvement.

These can be different types of processes:

  • business processes, see business process analysis

  • technical processes
  • political processes
