Qibya
Qibya ( Arabic قبية; also written Kibya , Qibieh or Qibye ) is a village in the Palestinian Territories . It is located in the West Bank and belongs to the district of Ramallah . It has about 5,000 inhabitants. In 1953 it was the scene of the so-called Qibya massacre , which was committed by Israeli Unit 101 .
