Registration Data Access Protocol
The Registration Data Access Protocol ( RDAP ) is a network protocol that was standardized by a working group of the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) in 2015. It is intended to be the successor to the WHOIS protocol, which is used to research the domain name , the IP address and the Autonomous System Number (ASN) of Internet resources.
