The Raiffeisen-Leasing GmbH , a wholly owned subsidiary of the Raiffeisen Banking Group , was founded in 1970 in Vienna. The company offers all forms of vehicle, movables, aircraft and real estate leasing , comprehensive services such as construction and fleet management as well as property developer business.

Raiffeisen-Leasing can access the structures of around 1,500 Raiffeisen bank branches across Austria. In cross-border business, the company works with the branch network of Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI) AG.

As part of the property development business, which has been marketed under the name "Raiffeisen WohnBau" since 2016, Raiffeisen-Leasing has built around 2000 privately financed apartments in recent years. Raiffeisen-Leasing also works with the “Quality Living” brand, which the company established as a seal of quality.

Key figures

Raiffeisen-Leasing achieved a profit before taxes of 32 million euros in 2016. The Raiffeisen Leasing Group increased the number of new leasing contracts by around 8 percent to almost 17,000 in the 2016 financial year. At € 635 million, the volume of new business was roughly the same as in the previous year (2015: € 642 million).
