Real load entitlement

Under real load is defined as the "asset-acting" burden of a property with the liability for certain, recurring usually fulfilled by the individual landowner § 12 GBG. The person entitled to the real load is authorized to demand performance - an action - from the landowner (as opposed to servitude ). If the landowner does not comply, then the person entitled can carry out foreclosure. Predial real burdens and personnel real burdens can be distinguished, depending on how the authorization is linked to either a property or a person.
