The Reform Party of Singapore ( Reform for short ) is one of the opposition parties in Singapore . It was founded in 2008 by Joshua Benjamin Jeyaretnam . The chairman is his son, Kenneth Jeyaretnam . In the 2011 election it won over 4% of the vote.
