Regular execution is a term used in German penal law .

definition

A prisoner who has already served at least three months' imprisonment before serving his current term is in the regular prison system .

Responsibilities

Since, in accordance with Section 141 of the Prison Act , treatment must be tailored to the different needs of prisoners, multiple offenders are accommodated separately from prisoners in the first prison.

This takes place in separate prisons or departments.
