Reitmeister stands for:

  • a craftsman who makes wire or who makes steel and iron products or who has them made, see Reidemeister und Reitwerk
  • a member of a council or order entrusted with the riding (billing, administration)
  • an administrator of the goods and finances of a horse riding (religious foundation that supports the needy)
  • an honorary title that is awarded by the German Equestrian Association to trainers and other people for special merits in equestrian sport, see list of riding, driving and vaulting masters
