Rescriptum (proper spelling: ReSCRIPTUM) is a law review ,i.e.a legal journal with a student editorial team. Rescriptum was founded in 2012 by students from the Law Faculty of the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich . The magazine is intended toservestudents and young scholars in law as a publication platform for their academic work. The student editorial team is supported by a scientific advisory board, which is supposed to guarantee the citability and scientific quality of the publications.

content

Each issue has a different legal topic as its focus. Since the tenth edition, articles have been published in a series of “Innovation and Law” that deal with legal issues relating to technical progress.

In addition, guest contributions on the main topic come from university professors or lawyers from practice. Rescriptum is not intended to be a training magazine, but rather to participate in scientific discourse.

Scientific advisory board and peer review

Each contribution is checked in an anonymized peer review process by a member of the scientific advisory board of the journal, which consists of professors from the university, or other experts in order to meet the requirements of a scientific publication.

organization

The journal is run by the non-profit association rescriptum - Academic Association for Legal Publication eV, founded in 2012
