Reserve list (North Rhine-Westphalia)

A reserve list or closed list in the electoral system for local elections of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia is the second half of the representatives to be elected, with the first half being elected in single-constituencies, the so-called electoral districts, after a relative majority vote.
