Revitalization (urban development)

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Revitalization is an urban redevelopment measure in which the historical building fabric is redesigned so that it can be used in a contemporary manner. Conservation aspects are of crucial importance. The characteristic appearance of the historical buildings or the milieu must be preserved.
