The Rudolphy Point ( spanish Punta Rudolphy ) is the southwestern foothills of Bryde Island before the Danco Coast of Graham Lands on the Antarctic Peninsula . It is located on the Roepke Passage and marks the southern limit of the entrance to Killermet Cove .
Participants of the 5th Chilean Antarctic Expedition (1950–1951) named the headland after Raúl Rudolphy Saavedra (1911 – unknown), captain of the transport ship Angamos on this research trip . The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee translated this designation into English in 1978.
