Drinkability

The drinkability ( adjective : drinkable ) describes how easy and pleasant an alcoholic drink can be to drink. The Duden describes drinkable as "pleasantly tasting and easy to drink", especially with wine . Starting from the root word drink was in the 16th century tasty "trunk-loving, drinking give" in the meaning of the alcoholism related.
