The SCSK Corporation ( SCSK 株式会社 ) is an IT company founded in 1968 as CSK Corporation ( 株式会社 CSK ホ ー ル デ ィ ン グ ス ) with headquarters in Tokyo . In 2011 the company, which was previously listed on the Nikkei 225, merged with Sumisho Computer Systems Corporation .

The company mainly offers IT services for the economy. Between 1984 and 2004, CSK Holdings owned the video game manufacturer Sega, among other things . The company also owned the CSK Institute , which later became CRI Middleware . In 1997, CSK helped ASCII with a purchase into private capital.
