SEAL is a graphical user interface for the MS-DOS , FreeDOS , PC-DOS or DR-DOS operating systems . It is under the GNU General Public License .
SEAL was originally developed for FreeDOS in order to be able to offer a free counterpart to the graphical interfaces for DOS such as PC / GEOS , Windows 3.x and GEM .
No other version has been published since 2002.
