SEB bankas is the largest (by number of employees) bank in Lithuania . It is a subsidiary of the largest Swedish bank, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken (SEB). "SEB bankas" has 1957 employees (2011).

history

In 1990 the commercial bank "Spaudos bankas" was entered in the commercial register. In 1998 it was renamed AB "Vilniaus bankas". In 2000 the bank AB "Hermis" was bought. In 2005 the name was changed to "SEB Vilniaus bankas" and in 2008 to "SEB bankas".
