S: F One (Special Force One - The Specialists) was a war booklet novel series by Bastei Verlag and a magazine . The magazine series was published from May 25, 2004 to April 26, 2005 in 24 episodes.
In April 2016, Bastei Lübbe Verlag published 17 episodes of the series in the form of a digital edition.
Edition history
The booklet series was available from May 25, 2004. After the publication of the second volume (at the same time as volume 3), the first issue of the magazine of the same name appeared. In this, in addition to a magazine section with further information, the first two issues were reprinted. Further issues with the same concept appeared on a monthly basis. With the fifth issue (10/04) the magazine was renamed Action , with the concept unchanged . Three issues later (01/05) the publication of the magazine was discontinued, while the magazine series initially continued. With volume 24 the issue series was then unexpectedly discontinued on April 26, 2005 (despite a cliff hanger ).
action
It tells the story of the adventures of a small, international special unit that is on the road on behalf of the UN and combats terrorism .
Trivia
There was a start-up cooperation with the Pro7 Club, because interested parties could apply for an outdoor activity on their website. That's why spots for the series were broadcast on this channel.
A reader contact page was omitted, which is unusual for Bastei-Verlag. The reader should be contacted through the magazine. After the discontinuation of the series with volume 18, an LKS was integrated - which was missing again in the last issue.
