Sabine Raeder

Sabine Raeder (* 1966 ) is Professor of Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the Institute for Psychology at the University of Oslo , Norway , and Associate Professor at the ETH Zurich , Switzerland . Her main research interests are psychological contract , human resource management practices and flexible work.

Career

Raeder studied psychology at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich from 1985 to 1992 . She then worked as a research assistant and project worker at the University of St. Gallen from 1993 to 1998 and as a research assistant at the ETH Zurich from 1999 to 2004 , before she was senior assistant at the ETH Zurich from 2004 to 2007. Since 2006 she has been a private lecturer at the ETH Zurich and in 2008 she became a professor at the Institute for Psychology at the University of Oslo .
