from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

As a set of Abel are called in mathematics:

  • Abel-Ruffini's theorem , a statement about the non-solvability of polynomial equations of higher degree by radicals
  • Abel's lemma , a statement about the range of convergence of power series
  • Abelian limit theorem , a statement about the edge of the convergence range of power series
  • Abel's theorem , there are necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of an elliptic function with given zeros and poles.
