Vinkovci treasure
The Vinkovci treasure is a late antique hoard that was discovered in 2012 in Vinkovci , Croatia .
The hoard consists of 48 silver objects and was found during an excavation in the historic center of Vinkovci, the ancient Cibalae . The inventory includes application trays, bowls, bowls and spoons. Some objects are partially gilded or decorated with niello . A plate bears the manufacturer's inscription AQUILA ANTONINUS FECIT (Aquila Antoninus made it).
