Shear peel test

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The shear peel test (also known as the shear peel test) is a mechanical shear strength test method. This procedure is grouped under the destructive material test . Here, the shear strength of electrically contacted lines on piezomechanical modules is determined under the load of pulling the line from the soldering point . The pull-off direction is to be selected parallel to the plane of the solder joint, with the pull-off being carried out using a shear chisel.
