Written survey

The written survey ( English paper-and-pencil interview, PAPI for short ) is a classic form of survey in the social sciences . In English, the term face-to-face interview also exists as an alternative , as one often sits across from the respondent. In contrast to the German term “written questionnaire”, it is not used for telephone interviews. The terms are therefore not completely identical.
