The sea urn is a special urn that is used for burial at sea and is made of water-soluble materials such as minerals (e.g. pressed sand or salt crystal) or cellulose. Depending on the material, the sea urn dissolves completely after a certain time; the ash remains on the seabed and is covered by ground sands. A grave is created on the sea floor.
