Simon Theisen

Simon Theisen (born June 28, 1980 in Berlin ) is a German composer and musician.

Life and work

Theisen studied drums, piano and singing at the Berlin University of the Arts. From 2006 to 2008 he was a trombonist in the ska-punk band "Minni the Moocher". From 2012 he composed the film music for several short and TV films as well as the theme song of the Bundeswehr, which premiered in 2013. He is also active as an instrument teacher and ensemble leader.
