Sindicato Unificado de Trabajadores de la Educación de Buenos Aires (abbreviated SUTEBA ) is an Argentine education union . With more than 115,000 members, it is by far the strongest single trade union in the Confederación de Trabajadores de la Educación de la República Argentina (CTERA), which includes more than 140 educational unions. It was founded on August 31, 1986 and has most members (around 80,000) in the province of Buenos Aires , where a third of the total population of Argentina lives.

The union has been campaigning for teachers' rights since the 1980s and has been demanding significantly higher pay. Since the election of Mauricio Macri as president of Argentina, the union has been under considerable pressure. Together with CTERA, it organized large-scale demonstrations and strikes in spring 2017.
