Sitting pants

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A seat pack is a tool for people who can safely sit alone not or not.

It consists of a combination of crotch and lap belt, with the help of which the user's pelvis is fixed in the seating furniture and the body is prevented from sliding forward. If a slight abduction of the thighs is also to be achieved, two straps are used instead of a single crotch strap, which are led back over the groin or thigh and exert a slight pull.

Depending on the type and duration of use, it can represent a measure depriving your liberty according to Section 1906 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and then requires the consent of the person concerned or the approval of the guardianship court.
