Societate cu răspundere limitată

As Societate cu raspundere limitată (abbreviation Srl or Srl ) refers to a Romanian legal form of a corporation associated with the GmbH or the Limited Liability Company is comparable. Because of the low minimum deposit of only 200 RON (approx. 60 euros), it is significantly closer to the limited liability company or the entrepreneurial company (limited liability) , although its name could be translated as 'limited liability company'.
