Sofija Andrejewna Rudjewa ( Russian София Андреевна Рудьева ; born November 15, 1990 in Leningrad , Soviet Union ) is a Russian model and Miss Russia of the year 2009.
biography
Sofija Rudjewa is the daughter of the artists Andrei Rudjew and Tatjana Rudjewa . She first attended an art school. When she was 12 years old, her parents separated and she stayed with her father. At the age of 15 she started working as a model. In 2008 she graduated from college. In 2009 she won the Miss Russia election . The title came with a $ 100,000 award. She said she wanted to donate a large part of the prize money to charity. After this victory, she represented Russia in the Miss Universe election , which took place in August 2009 in the Bahamas . The choice was won by Stefanía Fernández from Venezuela . Rudjewa did not make it to the final. In the online version of the magazine Perfect 10 , nude photos of Rudjewa appeared.
