Speicher (Niederlungwitz)
The storage facility in Glauchau- Niederlungwitz is a listed building.
The three-storey building on the street “Zum Vierseithof 16” was built in 1492 in late Gothic form and is the only surviving Saxon warehouse in wood block construction of outstanding architectural and historical importance. Together with the corresponding, also listed, four-sided courtyard in half-timbered construction with residential and farm buildings from the early 17th and 18th centuries, it forms a remarkable ensemble of rural buildings.
