Spenwood

Spenwood is an English sheep's milk cheese that, due to its structure, is one of the hard cheeses . It is creamy in the mouth and leaves a sweet, caramel-like, well-balanced sour aroma when it melts. The ripening takes 6 months and the fat content is 50% in the dry matter . It is named after its place of origin, Spencers Wood .
