Spiegelfeld (architecture)

A mirror field is a ceiling or wall field, usually located in the middle, which is delimited from the rest of the surface by means of profiles or frameworks. The mirror usually a blanket resting on a ringsumführenden curvature (so-called haunch ) in the form of a quarter circle.
