Spitzmull

As Spitzmulle more are Mole species referred to a rather shrew like who looks and less in the ground digging live as the other representatives of their family. The name is not systematic, however, the animals called the shrew mole are more closely related to other moles than to each other.

• American pointed mole rat ( Neurotrichus gibbsi )
• Japanese pointed mullet (Urotrichini)
• Shrew Moles or Asiatic Shrew Moles ( Uropsilus )
