Spumoni is an ice cream that comes from Italy . Spumoni is composed of several layers of different types of ice cream, candied fruits and nuts .
Typically, spumoni consists of three layers or flavors, each with a layer of nuts or fruit.
In the USA there is even a "National Spumoni Day". This takes place every year on August 21st.
