State Liability Act

The State Liability Act is

• a Federal German law of June 26, 1981, which was declared null and void by the Federal Constitutional Court , cf. State Liability Act (Germany)

• a law of the GDR of May 12, 1969, which in accordance with the Unification Treaty continues to apply as state law in some new federal states, cf. State Liability Act (GDR)
